We believe that effective service starts with effective listening. We partner with community leaders who assist us in determining how to best serve a local community.  We see our small size as a strength. We cannot effectively fix a country, but we can help heal a community. While every disaster is different, there are some established phases which allow us to provide services for people in a timely manner.
