Statistically, disasters are on the rise. The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reductions report states that the number of disaster events is projected to reach 560 a year by 2030. GDR’s unique expertise, deployment capability and connection with individuals around the world allow GDR to stand ready to assist field personnel as they respond to the crises around them.
Ultimately, GDR seeks to minister to those during their most critical hour of need and point them towards the Lord, who Himself “became flesh and dwelt among them”.
